Thanks to its major experience in line infrastructure projects acquired during high speed line projects, INEXIA is perfectly familiar with the issues related to ground control and is an expert in the property field.
INEXIA's specialist teams help project owners buy, sell, reorganise and provide land for future lines while respecting applicable laws and regulations. In 2010 INEXIA strengthened this activity by acquiring AFACOR, which is now INEXIA AFACOR.
The operators are contract managers, project managers, property consultants, lawyers and surveyors who intervene in all transport sectors, from rail to river. They mainly provide assistance to project ownership and are able to manage all property procedures for every type of project, from the initial phases to the commissioning phases and beyond:
- Property cost evaluation,
- Negotiation assistance at the prior debate stage,
- Compensation Protocol negotiation assistance,
- Assistance during the different land release phases, whether temporary or definitive,
- Implementation of the regulatory procedures inherent to these phases: requests for Prefectoral decrees, organisation and monitoring of plot enquiries, preventative referees, etc.,
- Assistance in the acquisition regularisation phase by notary or administrative act.
