Maintenance and Safety
INEXIA provides advanced know-how in maintenance engineering, through both strategic consulting services to infrastructure managers and through operational maintenance activity on high speed lines on public-private partnership.
The combination of these two skills enables the concepts of infrastructure Reliability, Maintainability, Availability and Safety (RAMS) to be brought together to guarantee operational performance and to minimise the related risks by drafting safety documents and by putting adapted schemes in place.
The teams responsible for complex railway projects have a perfect command of the requirements related to infrastructure safety and can adapt to different working cultures, depending on the participation in projects launched under public-private partnerships or in public service delegation, for example.
Anticipating the developments relating to operating and maintenance conditions, INEXIA strives to deploy an innovative strategy and develop new processes, more specifically in the context of new lines engineering, such as the High Speed Line between Tours and Bordeaux.
In terms of safety engineering, INEXIA provides project owners with skills to guarantee certification both for new systems and new infrastructures.
“On the raiway line between Bourg-en-Bresse and Bellegarde sur Valserine, INEXIA had a project ownership safety assistance role and was responsible for producing the safety file for the line modernisation and provided its study and operational experience to gather relevant information relating to risk control and to guarantee the maintainability and operability of the project".” Hubert LECOCQ, Safety Hub manager.
