Managerial Policy

In the context of its growth, INEXIA strives to place value on its human and social capital. To do so, INEXIA has established an ambitious management policy that gives employees the resources for harmonious and responsible development.

To ensure that each person plays a full role in the life and development of the company, INEXIA's Management Policy Charter has been drafted with the principle of sharing four fundamental values to promote collective intelligence:Team spirit, Knowledge sharing, Innovation, Responsibility.

We have also set up concrete actions for the deployment of collaborative management, such as the distribution of communication tools, exchange practices between management and departments and dual link systems.

The managerial policy strives to improve employee recognition and places significant importance on development possibilities within the company.

At the same time, INEXIA's recruitment policy encourages diversity. With this in mind, specific work has been carried out on:

  • Paying particular attention to women during recruitment, as traditionally engineering careers have not been very open to them: over 40% of women in our staff,
  • Encouraging employment among senior citizens, opening up to people with experience in our different activities,
  • Encouraging multicultural diversity with around twenty nationalities represented.

"The management policy charter was established collaboratively in 2010. The objective is now to share it widely in-house to develop adapted managerial behavior. In 2011, these values will become pillars of the company's managerial policy, through key events during dedicated seminar sessions but also on a daily basis during managerial self-assessments within teams."
