Operation and maintenance

In the context of project management and project ownership assistance missions, INEXIA offers its customers a service to manage the operation and maintenance of their railway infrastructure. Once the work is complete, this involves running the infrastructure according to expected performances and maintaining it in the nominal condition required throughout its lifetime.

During the pre-operational stage, INEXIA offers a service to carry out expertise missions relating to the maintenance methods, from intervention capacity definition to the introduction of the necessary adapted human and material resources. This also relates to the maintenance program and procedure implementation. It involves detailed requirements analysis, which leads to the development of ad hoc technical and operational specifications.

For its missions on the Tours-Bordeaux (SEA) line, INEXIA is a driving force in the MESEA (SEA line Maintenance and Operation) company. To this end, it implements its main tool, an integrated logistical support. This involves providing all the necessary elements from the infrastructure project design stage: the maintenance plan, of course, but also personnel recruitment, training, tooling, spare parts, the IT system and so on.

While high speed is INEXIA's core business, the operation and maintenance of large maritime port railway infrastructure is now one of the areas where the company is able to intervene. This is the case in Marseille, for example.

"On the South Europe Atlantic HSL project, I am fortunate to have been present from the offer design stage to integrate future maintenance requirements as soon as possible and to be a stakeholder from the production phase. Construction will run until 2017 and INEXIA will be in the field until 2060! This proves how we are investing in the future! » Olivier Gouin, Delegate MESEA Operational Chief Executive.
