These studies, which are carried out at the request of rail network managers, local authorities and transport organising authorities provide decision-makers the information they need for their investment strategies for new or existing infrastructures, for rolling stock or in terms of transport plan organisation. • Infrastructure « desaturation »,
• The operation of complex rail sites (garages, workshops, ports),
