We have implemented the Forward-Looking Management of Jobs and Skills (Gestion Prévisionnelle des Emplois et des Compétences) tools to enable us to have a global vision and to remain as close as possible to business reality. Our career management policy offers our employees development and training path perspectives.

At the heart of this approach is the annual appraisal, which is a key meeting between employee and manager. It enables the employee and the manager to carry out a joint assessment to identify together the areas where the employee progress and the possibilities for his career advancement.

INEXIA also has a tutorial approach where a volunteer tutor is provided with specific resources as a technical reference in his field to support INEXIA’s young employees. This is also a way to place value and capitalize on senior employees' skills and pass on their knowledge to junior members of staff.

Finally, the jobs exchange on the Intranet, which seeks to optimise internal mobility, completes this career management system.
