Project management
INEXIA has made project management its core business. Designing structures then running projects until the commissioning stage is the project manager's mission. INEXIA's commitment to its customers is three-fold: achieving the expected performance, cost control and respecting commissioning dates.
To enable it to provide this "100% successful commissioning" guarantee to all its customers, INEXIA is supported by:
- Feedback from a wide range of major projects (all French HSL, RER in the Paris region, etc.),
- Skills in study and work project management in the operated area, based on solid practice acquired by its engineers at the SNCF,
- The establishment of appropriate project management systems: cost and planning, risk control, quality, etc.
- The ability to take on multiple roles: entrepreneur, partner, project management, project ownership assistance. These different roles enable the company to get a grasp of the project manager's mission with a more global view of the stakes and difficulties.
Project managers or study directors all have dual skills in project management and in one or more technical domains. They are assisted by experts and high level technicians in the different specialties required (geo-technology, structures, rail system, maintenance engineering, etc.).
INEXIA wants to enhance its skills by remaining open to good practice from other engineering companies and regularly creates partnerships and watch mechanisms for technological developments in France and abroad
