Designing and carrying out projects within a sustainable development approach, with the introduction of training in the Environment and Sustainable Development for all INEXIA project managers.

Innovate by advising our customers on the different stakes of sustainable development. For example, on certain projects, INEXIA carries out sustainable development project management missions and provides to its customers a Sustainable Development Management Plan, calculates the Bilan Carbone® (Carbon Footprint) for its transport projects, and so on.

Assume our social and environmental responsibility by implementing an eco-responsibility approach. INEXIA is attentive to best practice and participates in projects and working groups on sustainable mobility, leading, for example, to the creation of the "Sustainable Tramways" guide. INEXIA is also a member of the Villes & Mobilités Durables cluster, of Advancity and the Infrastructure Commission within the Observatoire Energie Environnement des Transports (OEET).

Encourage each person, in-house, to adopt more respectful practices, via, for example:

• Developing waste recycling in our different agencies,
• 100% of paper consumed from sustainably-managed forests,
• The "Sustainable Development in practice" guide,
• The regular update of our Bilan Carbone®
•  "Solidarity leave" in partnership with Planète Urgence.

In 2011, INEXIA is setting itself the objective of obtaining the Iso 14001 environmental certification, based on the principle of continuously improving environmental performance by controlling company-related impact.
