Trials

The creation of new lines, the modernisation of old lines and the introduction of new rail connections, all need advanced test phases across all projects. Thanks to its expertise in railway systems, INEXIA
is able to offer unique services in this area.

For all different types of railway structure, the objective of the test phase is to check the safety of new mechanisms and the conformity with performance objectives, such as the ability to send a train every three minutes at 320 km/h on a 13 meters wide platform.

On a high speed line, the sub-system tests, the integration tests and the dynamic tests take an average of two years and are used to correct faults with often minor yet real corrections, for example in signalling or catenary adjustment.

INEXIA also organises and carries out the integration of the different systems and sub-systems before the static and dynamic tests with the aim of approval and commissioning. The tests end with the commissioning of the line after the operation authorisation is awarded by the authorities.

Railway systems

Designing usable and reliable rail infrastructures and guaranteeing safe train and tram-train travel is INEXIA's unique expertise, able to take charge of the development and integration of all rail systems and sub-systems, while anticipating environment and energy management related issues.
