In the context of railway equipment production, INEXIA has the experience and the capacity to carry out site logistics missions, as well
as all temporary operation missions for railway systems during the work phase.

At INEXIA, know-how gained directly from the SNCF enables us to provide our customers with personnel who are able to leave their offices to go and work on site alongside working companies. In addition to being excellent supervisors, INEXIA's experts play a full role in sites and carry out

Working base operation: drafting of operating instructions, manœuvres (reception, sorting, forming and shipping of work and commercial trains), regulatory checks on the formation of trains before departure and management of wagons on sorting, operator training.
Railway traffic safety: drafting of Temporary Operation and Safety Regulations (RTES), monitoring of work trains between the base and the site (in accordance with the RTES), site protection, railway traffic organisation and management, sorting operation, etc
Site logistics: order forecasts, purchasing, stock management, etc.

Training

INEXIA's railway safety training centre is made up of high level trainers, all of whom come from the SNCF. Their experience has enabled them
to develop professional training programs that are adapted to the main railway activities.
